Terms and conditions

1. The promoter is Ada Studio, New Zealand. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
3. The giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia aged 16 years and over. Employees of Ada Studio and their immediate families are not eligible.
4. To enter, submit your first name and email address on the giveaway page at adastudio.co.nz/giveaway. Following @adastudionz on Instagram is encouraged so we can reach you, but is not a condition of entry.
5. One entry per person. Duplicate entries using the same email address will be treated as a single entry.
6. Entries close 11.59pm, 30 September NZT. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
7. There is one prize: the complete Ada Studio Icon Cup collection, being all 12 Icon Cups. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 1 October, notified by email, and announced on @adastudionz. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Ada Studio reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.
9. The prize will be shipped free of charge to a New Zealand or Australian address nominated by the winner.
10. By entering you consent to receiving marketing emails from Ada Studio. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Your details are handled in accordance with our privacy policyand are never sold or passed to third parties.
11. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
12. Ada Studio reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated or otherwise in breach of these conditions.
