It started with a lemon
Our very first Icon Cup, and a Kiwi summer's day with a basket of lemons.
The backyard
In summer, the backyard at Parable House felt dreamy, almost surreal. The perfect place to shoot our very first Icon Cup.
Slow pages
Birds chirping, iced water in hand, sitting in the garden chair with a good book. That's all I need.
A little picnic
All set out on the tiled table: a basket of lemons, something sweet and a cup of iced lemon water, with an espresso on the side.
Just sit
Ice, a slice of lemon and the lemon straw from our Fruit Straw Set. Then just sit, like the little stool says, and enjoy it slowly.
Iced latte, too
Not just for lemon water. A shot of espresso over iced milk, with the lemon straw to stir it all together.
Where it all began
The Lemon Icon Cup came first because it was Kiwi summer, my favourite season. It always feels unhurried, and to me, nothing says it like a lemon.

Questions
Will the lemon icons come off?
No. They're glass, fused in while the cup is hot, so they won't peel, fade or wash off.
Can I put hot drinks in the Lemon Icon Cup?
It's made for cold drinks. Soda-lime glass can crack with sudden heat, so iced lattes, lemon water and juice are perfect.
Where is the lemon straw from?
It's from our Fruit Straw Set: four glass straws with a lemon, strawberry, banana and cherry.
